• Levels of pay will normally follow years of service.

• Pilots above scale "A" will receive a 3.5% increase.

• Pilots below scale "A" will increase to level "A" , with a minimum increase of 3.5%.

• Scale will be reviewed on an annual basis and will be revised annually to maintain competitiveness.

• Future annual increases will be effective each April 1 based on employee performance and company performance. Individual contract annual salary dates will no longer apply.

• Some base sites have a geographic differential allowance.

• Commencing FY2008, performance evaluations will determine salary range.

• Helicopter PIC start at $51,000.

• Other Pays:
  - Base Manager: $5,000
  - SPIFR: $4,000
  - Base Safety Manager: $600-$2,000
  - Employee Referal Bonus: $2,500

• Workover: 1.5 x Daily Rate

• Holidays: 2.0 x Daily Rate (8 per year)

• 401(k): Matching (50%) after 90 days.
