  - IFR Captain (3000 hours, ATP, 1000 hours Turbine PIC) - $80,000
  - IFR First Officer (1000 hours, Comm. Inst., Turbine Time) - $62,500

Flight Safety International training (semi-annual for Captains, annual for F/Os)

4% raises annually

5 days on, 4 days off

1.5 hour recall if not previously scheduled to fly (i.e. if not flying, you dont have to go in)

$500 per workover day

$40 per diem ($8 breakfast, $12 lunch, $20 dinner) if away from base

1 - 5 years
10 days paid vacation annually, 6 personal/sick days, and 10 paid holidays

5-10 years
15 days paid vacation annually, 8 personal/sick days, and 10 paid holidays

Medical, dental, and vision - up to $850 monthly paid by the company

401K but no matching or company contributions

Additional pay for Base Lead, Director of Training, Director of Safety, Check Airman
