This pay scale was adopted in August 2011 and is still in effect today. Pilots, depending upon experience, may be hired on at any of the first four step of 1A-1D, but not higher. Single engine pay max's out in year 14 while twin engine pay continues increasing until year 16. Once hired in at your starting step, a pilot will achieve the next step each successive year in August; the pay increase is equal to 2.75% per year.
