• Paid a daily rate for up to 2 flights per day.  Paid a daily rate + flight pay for conducting 3 flights in a day.
  
  Daily Rate
  - First Year: $250.64
  - Second Year: $ 256.41
  - Third Year: $ 261.03
  - Fourth Year: $ 266.81
  - Fifth Year: $ 278.36
  
  Flight Pay
  - $77 for landing canyon tour
  - $66 for non-landing canyon tour
  - $27.50 strip tour
  - Charter $49.50 per hour

• Work Schedule: 5/2 or 4/3.

• Vacation Time:
  - First Year: 1 week
  - Second Year: 2 weeks
  - Third Year: 3 weeks

• 5 paid sick days per year (daily rate).

• The year end 10 percent bonus no longer exists in lieu of higher salary and flight pay

• Paid medical/dental after 90 days for employee. Extra cost for dependents. 401K with Matching up to 3%
  of annual pay
