OTHER PAY ITEMS


	Offshore Bonus: $50/day Per Diem Onshore: $15-30/day Pilot Maintenance Bonus: $25/day (doing own daily offshore or remote) ATP Bonus: $1200/year (VFR and SIC only) Mileage-on-Hitch: Paid at IRS standard rate (Currently $0.50/mile) Flight Pay: $10 Per Flight Hour after the first 30 hours flown each month regardless of the type of helicopter flown. Night Flight: $20/hour Safety Bonus: $500/quarter for accident/incident free quarters Retention Bonus: AW139 Training Contract & Retention Bonus $15K over two years with agreement. Vacation: 14 days paid/year (27th paycheck) Workover: Normal: 150% of daily Occasional during hurricanes: 200% of daily (2 full months in 2005) Training Days: 100% daily rate 401K: 50% match of up to 6% of all taxable income.
